Chazz is an OR due to family circumstances. He is 8 years old (DOB 10/31/09), 14 inches, 20 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, neutered, heartworm/fecal negative, has had a much needed dental. He is house and crate trained, gets along well with the other Shelties in his foster home.
An update from Chazz's foster dad: Chazz settled in and made himself at home in a very short time. He made friends with my dogs and the neighbor’s dogs in short order. Chazz is a barker, nothing is going to sneak up on us. He is an active little guy making use of the entire yard. He is a confident dog showing no signs of anxiety when I leave or come home. He chases squirrels, barks at cats and strangers walking down the street unless they want to meet him and he then eagerly accepts being petted. He loves chew and squeaker toys. He will bring a ball, soft Frisbee or toy back to your hand and then wait patiently and quietly for you to throw it again. He makes use of the many dog beds in the house when he is not laying on my bed with his head on the pillow. He wants an active household with plenty of squeak toys and some chew toys to keep him busy.
